Tracking Your Order

During busy periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas, we politely ask that you allow us up to 10 working days to prepare and deliver your order. Although our usual delivery times are around 3-5 working days, some products can take longer to prepare. If you have customised your product by adding your own logo or text, we ask that allow us 3-10 working days to deliver. You can check the status of your order easily by using the Track Order facility. Please click the 'Track Order' button below and have your order number and email address ready.

Yes! Our Car Mats are manufactured specifically for your make and model. To find the correct Car Mats for your vehicle, why not use our 'Parts Finder' which is located at the top of our home page. Yes, as standard, all our tailored products such as Car Mats, Boot Liners and so on are supplied as standard with a 12 month manufacturing defects warranty.

We offer a variety of delivery options which are designed to accommodate everyones needs and budget. For faster delivery, you can choose our EVRI Express option (1-2 working days, not guaranteed, 95% ontime rate) or our DPD Premium 1-2 Working Days (order before 1pm, not guaranteed, 98% ontime rate). To keep your deliver costs low, we use EVRI to deliver most parcels to UK Mainland addresses. We may on occasion, use an alternative courier such as Parcel Force or DPD depending on your location and the collection time from our premises. Delivery to the UK Mainland is available from as little as £4.99!

Please note, on the first working day, we will print your order and then immediately attach a tracking number. This may not mean the item has been dispatched yet. Depending on your chosen delivery speed, the tracking status may not update to 'collected by courier' for up to 5 working days. In some cases, it can take a little longer to manufacture your product, especially if you have chosen to customise further by adding your own logos / text. We've included some typical delivery times below:

Unfortunately not. Due to copyright laws, we are unable to use any copyrighted terms such as the make or model of the vehicle. We can use alternatives, some of which are listed below:

  • Your vehicle registration
  • Your Cars nickname
  • Your own name / nickname
  • Funny slogans
  • Terms such as Turbo, Sport, Motorsport, GTI, TDI are all OK
  • Your engine size such as 2.0L

If you're purchasing Car Mats, we will provide you with the correct approved fixing system, which is designed to be compatible with the fixings which are already located in your vehicle. However, in rare cases, the fixing system within your vehicle could either be obsolete or non genuine. If you receive your Car Mats and it appears the fixing system is different to what we have supplied. Don't panic, please simply contact us using the 'Email Us' button within this page with your order number and a photo of the fixing system. We can then investigate and in 99% of cases, we will send replacement fixings without you having to send anything back to us.

Please remember, sometimes in very rare cases, parcels can be lost in transit or arrive damaged.
