It is a compulsory legal requirement for: France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Finland, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Czech Republic and Germany. Every car driver and passengers MUST require a High Visibility Vest and failure of this legal requirement are fined 90 Euro per person without one.
