Shipping Service
We know you want your item ASAP and we're doing everything we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Please be aware that ALL NI/IRELAND/CHANNEL ISLAND ORDERS may take 5-10 days to deliver due to courier delays.
Once the item has been dispatched (usually within 3-4 working days) we will pass your item onto our courier service who will then aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 business days. Delivery Monday-Saturday 7am-8pm. If no one will be home to sign for the parcel, please provide delivery address details where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
Please be advised that if you are not within the UK Mainland, postage charges and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Extra charges will be applied to the original postage fee if you are not within the UK Mainland. Areas such as Ireland, The Scottish Highlands or any offshore islands within the UK are subject to extra shipping charges. If you would like more info on prices, please contact us.
Tracking Your Order
During busy periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas, we politely ask that you allow us up 3-10 working days to prepare and deliver your order. Although our usual delivery times are around 3-5 working days, some products can take longer to prepare. If you have customised your product by adding your own logo or text, we ask that allow us up to 10 working days to deliver. You can check the status of your order easily by using the Track Order facility. Please click the 'Track Order' button below and have your order number and email address ready.
If you haven't received your order and you require further assistance, you can email us now using the contact button below or you can call us 01754 613974 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please remember, sometimes in very rare cases, parcels can be lost in transit or arrive damaged. We ask that you contact us immediately so we can rectify, replace or chase your delivery on your behalf.
